As a seasoned security intelligence professional, Hayley’s career began in Counter-Terrorism with the Australian Government. After her government tenure, she transitioned to the United States, where she consulted for Fortune 500 companies, emerging startups, and biotech leaders, supporting them through complex challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Recognised for strategic foresight, she brings forward-thinking, impactful solutions to drive resilience and innovation.
In her current role as Managing Partner/Director of Harod Asia Pacific, she leads the introduction of Harod’s advanced intelligence technology across the region. Harod is a trusted partner for major corporations, law firms, private clients, and sports federations, renowned for high-profile investigative work, including uncovering state-backed corruption during the Sochi Olympics. Her team specialises in forensic cyber techniques, whistleblowing, and human intelligence (HUMINT), empowering clients to address sophisticated risks.
As Deputy CEO at Crime Stoppers International, she spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance global community safety. In collaboration with the CEO, she oversaw operations, secure funding, lead program evaluations, and advocated at key international forums.
Additionally, as the Founder of Magnolia Intelligence, Hayley is dedicated to addressing human-centered security risks, specialising in insider threat mitigation, training and critical infrastructure protection.
